Preventative

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of care.

Routine Exams and Prophylaxis

Visiting your dentist twice a year for check ups and cleanings, and once a year for x-rays is the best practice to prevent oral diseases or catch them at an early stage for simpler, cheaper and more predictable treatment.

Fluoride Treatment

Patients with medium to high cavity risks may benefit from supplemental fluoride treatment twice a year in order to reduce the risks of future cavities. Sometimes, this might even be covered by your insurance.

Dental Sealants

By placing dental sealants over the deep grooves of your molars, bacteria are physically blocked from entering the teeth through the pits and fissures, which are some of the common areas for cavities to form.
